Apple Valley Minnesota Amber Alert: 2 Year Old Boy Abducted

An AMBER Alert has been issued in Apple Valley Minnesota for 2-year-old Shannon Yusef Ingram. Authorities believe the boy was abducted on Sunday night by his non-custodial father. 

The child's father is Shannon Dawayne Ingram, who is described as 5-foot-10, 220 pounds, with dreadlocks and a beard. He was last seen wearing a royal blue hoodie. Police have not released any other details about the abduction.
